As the world slowly opens up and stabilizes, many athletes are faced with the challenge of training and training quickly after the biggest global pandemic of our generation. Physical fatigue or rust is one concern, but mental fatigue and rebooting is something many athletes strive to overcome as we return to the track. Our training/working time table is off.
