Best Hill Climb Racing Apps To Enhance Gameplay – It is a 2d physics racing game, similar to the famous Climb Hill Racing, with many obstacles, levels and vehicles to unlock and customize.
I plan to make regular updates, adding new levels and vehicles to unlock, more if the game does well in the play store.

BTW, those of you who are beta testers should reinstall it, as the update from beta to final version seems to not be automatic here (not sure why…)

The only new thing I have done in this game is to use shaders for rendering the terrain, using Perlin’s noise algorithm for terrain generation (infinite levels!)

Are you marketing this? Do you have an admob budget? I’ve spent a bit recently pushing one of my games and it’s now 22 in the UK arcade trending chart. It only takes a few days, just to start it. I’m making £20 a day targeting the UK only and it’s going well. I will stop it at Christmas.

There are some good subreddits, like r/playmygame and r/androidgaming Click to add… Hi! this weekend I will start some kind of advertising campaign, to boost inaugurations. The best channel to promote it? admit?

I’m working with small pieces (20m if I remember) of terrain, and when I plant one I get one. Some are function generated (perlin noise) and some are pre-made. As you go further the difficulty increases.
And by the scrolling, do you mean the parallax effect? I’m doing it using lgTexture and using DrawTex3, a function where you can specify the uv coordinates of the texture, and it changes from 1 to 0 every frame it scrolls (I can develop the answer if you want ).
If you mean GUI scrolling, I made a UI system for my first game that I’m still using (before I even knew scene2d existed). If I had to do it over now I’d use scene2D for the eyes closed interface! If you don’t know, scene2D is a component of libGDX, and there are some examples of how to use it.

As for the levels, here’s a video of how it works: I’m working with small pieces (20m if I remember) of terrain, and when I add one I remove one. Some are function generated (perlin noise) and some are pre-made. As you go further the difficulty increases. And by the scrolling, do you mean the parallax effect? Yes, I am now using admob myself to boost my raider game. From past experience and reading tips from other developers, shorter bursts of ads work better than a month-long campaign. So take your budget and hit it in a week, don’t try to spread it out over a month or two because daily downloads really help chart movement, rather than fewer downloads per day over time. MY Invaders game has changed very well on the trend chart and the top games in the arcade section of the play store in the last week by spending £20 a day on it. I will stop the campaign soon, or when I stop seeing movement. Appannie is a good site to check how your app is doing. The keyword tool is also good.
I was focusing mainly on the UK rather than a global approach, it’s easier to climb the chart in one country than trying to attack many places at once on a tight budget.
Hey! You’ve updated the icon for the dungeon explorer, it looks great! Who made the art? I would love to find someone to redo my icons and graphics. The sequel to the most entertaining physics-based driving game ever! It’s bigger, it’s better and it’s much… Funner!?
