The Challenges Of Racing In Different Time Zones – Weekly Challenges have begun rolling out globally, becoming available at midnight on Thursday in your local time zone, with five new events to tackle over the next seven days and additional rewards for doing so.
This week’s five events include a Special Event, created specifically for this week’s Weekly Challenges – although the game is asking to be added permanently – in a one-off Plymouth Superbird event.

It’s a four-lap race for the giant muscle car around the Laguna Seca circuit, and you can use the car in any situation. This means you can use an engine-swapped car, although there isn’t much benefit to doing so and the 70,000cr prize money means we won’t make any special efforts, but if you’ve got a Hellcat ticket to spare, why not?
Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges: House Special
Two road car races marked the lowest paying events this week. That starts with the European Sunday Cup 500 race on the National Circuit of Barcelona-Catalunya, for which you will need any road car from any European manufacturer. There is no Performance Point (PP) limit here, but if we only have 25,000cr to win, we would take a fun, standard car for a two-lap race.
Also, the American FR Challenge 550 requires a road car from any US manufacturer with the additional requirement of being front engine and rear wheel drive. There’s no PP limit again, and it’s a three-lap race on the short track at Watkins Glen, so prioritize speed over handling if you want to win 32,000cr.
You can choose any type of car to race the World Touring Car 600 at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, as long as it does not exceed the 600PP limit. We’d recommend aerodynamic power and grip over mechanicals for the four-lap race, with a win prize of 80,000 cr.
Finally, there is a World Touring Car 800 race at the Daytona Road Course. Again there is a PP limit – 800PP – of course, but also a requirement to use Racing Tires. The race has high tire wear and fuel consumption multipliers in this race, for which a Gr.3 car is best suited, and managing both effectively will net you a prize of 154,000cr for the top spot.
Forza Horizon 5: Weekly Reset Time
There is no random selection for this week’s completion rewards, which are fixed value credit cards. Completing an event gives an entry of 100,000 cr, with a ticket of 200,000 cr for three, and a ticket of 500,000 cr for the full sweep of five. That means a total of 1.34 million credits if you’ve also earned a clean race bonus over the five events.
You must complete GT Cafe Menu Book 39 and watch the ending movie to gain access to the Weekly Challenges. Events are updated at midnight on Thursday evenings/Friday mornings, so expect the next batch on Friday morning, April 19th.
